Two-page summary preparationA two-pages long summary of each accepted PR'19 contribution should be submitted by April 30th, 2019.
Templates for summary preparation
The summary may be prepared using LaTeX or Microsoft Word (for Windows or MacOS). The templates are given below. Authors preparing the summary using MS Word should also download and install the three files of the Latin Modern Roman 12 font (.zip file containing three .otf files). LaTeX template: Please download the LaTex template here.
The required Latin Modern Roman Fonts for MS Word can be found here. You should install the three fonts by double-clicking on them and restart your computer prior to opening the Word template.
Summary submission procedure
The corresponding author should simply add the summary in PDF format to his prior submission directly on the SciencesConf system. After login please go to MY SPACE / SUBMISSIONS. You will see a list of all your submissions. Please click on the + sign on the right hand side under "Actions". You will be redirected to the step 3 of the former submission procedure, where you can browse your system and upload the wished PDF file. We ask Microsoft Word users to upload also the original .docx version as supplementary material. |
