Accommodation

Accomodation for the participants will be at the Grand Hôtel & Spa Gérardmer. Accommodation costs for three nights is included in the conference registration fee. In case of overbooking some rooms have been reserved in nearby hotels.

Accompanying persons

Persons accompanying and sharing the room with a registered participant shall pay the additional costs directly to the hotel. The organizers have negociated attractive prices with the Grand Hôtel & Spa. The additional costs are 35 € for the night and breakfast only, 65 € for the night, breakfast and lunch, 73 € for the night, breakfast and dinner, or 103 € for full pension. Note tha an extra charge applies to the conference dinner that will take place on June 20th in the hotel. Additional nights

Participants arriving before June 18th or wishing to stay in the hotel after the end of the conference on June 21st may also profit from special prices arranged with the hotel:

Weekdays: 112 € bed and breakfast and 130 € for half pension in single room. 150 € bed and breakfast and 180 € for half pension for two persons occupying the same room.

Saturday night: 132 € bed and breakfast and 150 € for half pension in single room. 184 € bed and breakfast and 220 € for half pension for two persons occupying the same room.
