The scientific program of the conference will be based on plenary invited talks, plenary contributed oral talks (in limited number) and poster presentations.

The submission procedure occurs in two steps.

First authors should submit a 250 words abstract before the deadline of February 10, 2019. This abstract will be the base for acceptance or rejection of the contribution.

In a second step the authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit a two-page summary by April 30th, 2019.

For submission please go to the Abstract Submission page and follow the indicated steps. Note that before submitting an abstract the corresponding author should possess an account on (please create an account if you do not have one yet or login with an already existing account). You do not need to prepare a pdf file in advance. You just need to have the title, the 250 words, as well as authors and affiliations ready, and fill them in the corresponding fields. Note also that the uploading of a separate file (step 3) is not required.
