Registration > Registration feesThe registration fee to PR'19 will include the conference participation and material, three overnight stays and all meals from Tuesday June 18th evening to Friday June 21st noon, as well as the excursion and the Conference Dinner of Thursday June 20th. The full fee for senior participants is for single room occupancy while reduced fees apply for participants choosing to occupy twin rooms. The hotel also disposes of suites foreseen for a three (or four) persons occupancy. We encourage participants to register early and to choose, if possible, a room sharing option rather than single room occupancy. Rooms will be assigned on a first come first served basis. The full fee for PhD students and students is for twin room occupancy and a reduced fee applies for three or four students occupying a suite. In the case of two or more persons occupancy indication of the preferred roommate(s) at registration is highly welcomed. Non-registered accompanying persons may pay the additional costs directly to the hotel (see Accommodation for more details). Registered participants sharing a room with a non-registered accompanying person should pay the single room occupancy fee.
Fees overview
The registration fees include Value Added Taxes (VAT) and may be payed either by credit card online, or by bank transfer. French labs may use also an Order Form (Bon de commande).
